Initially The Drop will have a prize target of $1,000,000.

Our initial goal will be to grow our player base through marketing initiatives and creating buzz around The Drop and the BilliDrop ecosystem. We anticipate that starting with smaller draw sizes of $1 million will encourage community and player base growth by showing proof-of-concept of The Drop and the level of transparency and fairness possible on our platform. As growth within the player base occurs, we can make greater investment in marketing and start the snowball effect towards our namesake $1 Billion Dollar Drop.

BilliDrop will continue to run $5-$10m instances of The Drop that are intended to trigger payouts on a daily cadence while we open the Billion Dollar Drop - there is no expectation that such a large jackpot will fill quickly, but every milestone is another opportunity for publicity and media coverage, encouraging more players to be in it to win it.
