BilliDrop has created an ecosystem with a finite supply of access to $HERD exclusive games and areas, and the focus here is on creating exponential use cases within the platform to increase demand for access. With entry to these games and exclusive areas available only to those that hold a piece of the $HERD, increasing the token supply to give access to new participants wanting to join the flock is a problem that only the $HERD holders can solve.

Nannies (Tranche 1) and Bucks (Tranche 3) are what we consider “Genesis” NFTs. Separately, they have powerful utility usage within the BilliDrop ecosystem, but combine them together and you hold the key to new $HERD life.

We have constructed a breeding mechanic that will enable holders to work together (or on their own if they’re lucky enough to hold both a Tranche 1 and Tranche 3 NFT) to create new tokens of entry for players to join the $HERD. This will create a marketplace demand for a commodity that only our community can fulfill. BilliDrop WILL NOT create any further NFTs outside of the planned 40,000 within the three tranches.

Where Do Baby (Kid) Goats Come From?

Find a Mate [Stud] - Breeding pairs with higher rarity and weight attributes will have a greater likelihood of the best breeding outcomes. Initial attributes and artistic rarity for the created offspring are randomly determined but odds for higher initial attributes will be augmented by the breeding quality of the two $HERD parents - the higher the rarity and weight values for the staked $HERD members, the higher chance of producing rare and valuable offspring.

Book a room [Stake a pair of goats] - An interaction fee must be paid for a mating pair to enter a room, at this point the duration of stay required will be determined. This is how long your goats will be out of action to produce (mint) one Kid NFT.

Mating window - Goats may not be the most modest creatures, but they certainly are not exhibitionists! Breeding pairs (staked goats) must be left alone for some time to ensure successful mating, goats with more prestige mate faster. The rank of each $HERD member of the mating pair on the games leaderboards, and the bigger their weight attribute, the shorter the staking time required to mate.

Minting New Kids On The Blockchain - By default Kids are deposited in the Nanny $HERD holders wallet. In the circumstance where the Nanny and the Stud are not owned by the same wallet, the option for an agreement between the two $HERD holders to revenue share with the stud holder is provided at check-in. An alternate strategy is to breed the same mating pair twice in succession so that each party receives a Kid.

Selling your Kids - How you raise your Kids is up to you, they can be added to your herd to increase your total daily emission of $CHEESE or fed $GRASS to increase their weight and value before sending them to the auction block.
